Our office is conveniently located on University Boulevard near Memorial Hospital in Jacksonville.

From the North
Take I-95 South. Exit at University Boulevard East. We are located 1 1⁄4 miles on the right in University Professional Center, Building #2 next to Halliday's Pharmacy/Post Office.

From the West
Take I-10 East to I-95 South. Exit at University Boulevard East. We are located 1 1⁄4 miles on the right in University Professional Center, Building #2 next to Halliday's Pharmacy/Post Office.

From the South
Take I-95 North. Exit at Bowden Road. Turn right at bottom of exit ramp. Take immediate left onto Spring Park. Go to first light and turn right onto University Boulevard. We are located approximately 1 mile on the right in University Professional Center, Building #2 next to Halliday's Pharmacy/Post Office.

From the East
Take Beach Boulevard West to University Boulevard South. Pass Memorial Hospital on the left. We are approximately 1⁄4 mile past Kennerly Road on the left in University Professional Center, Building #2 next to Halliday's Pharmacy/Post Office.
